Bob Weyand, along with his associates at New England Financial, provides comprehensive financial services to public pension members and their families, business planning and benefit strategies to small business owners, and customized family financial strategies for a variety of personal financial goals.  Bob's work includes retirement analysis for both accumulation and distribution considerations, investments, family protection, estate conservation strategies, long term care insurance, and other elements of a comprehensive financial strategy.

Before joining New England Financial, Bob spent twenty years running manufacturing operations for consumer goods companies.  He specialized in executing operational and financial performance improvement initiatives.  Most of his experience was in the mattress industry, running plants and operations for companies such as Sealy and Serta.

Bob was born and raised in Rochester, NY, and remains a diehard Buffalo Bills fan.  He first came to Colorado in 1986 after graduating from West Point in 1985 with a degree in Mechanical Engineering.  He is particularly proud of the time he spent as and Infantry Officer with the 4th ID.  Bob earned his MBA in Finance from the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs.  His wife Yvonne is a Colorado Springs native, a graduate of Adams State College, and a Special Education teacher in School District 20.  They are the proud parents of four children and have lived in the Monument area since 2003.
